Thank You Card

This card was from the sketch section of the October issue of SNR.  I have to admit – I’m really not the greatest at “staging” my projects for photos.  But every so often, I come up with one I’m pleased with – this is one of them, lol!  Ok, back to the card.  The papers are all older ones I love from 7gypsies, fan folded then glued down into a circle (you need to use a fairly thick liquid adhesive to do this).  A simple ribbon bow with a tiny epoxy sticker from the $1 section at Michael’s.  After I rubber stamped AND attached the sentiment, I decided I wanted to beautify it.  My Glossy Accents weren’t handy, so I grabbed the Plaid version.  Which despite going on thinner, generally has the identical effect.  However the thinner formula combined with me putting this onto a surface that was raised caused some obnoxious warping.  Ah well.  Lesson learned!
